This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.

Whereas, AAPS is the owner of property commonly known as Bryant Elementary School, 2150 Santa Rosa Drive, as described in a deed recorded in Liber 1383, Page 33 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and

 

Whereas, AAPS has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:

 

40’ WIDE WATER MAIN EASEMENT

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
