Memorandum
This easement is given as part of the Pittsfield Village Improvements Project to improve stormwater management.
This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.

Whereas, The Pittsfield Village Condominium Association, a Michigan nonprofit corporation, is designated to manage and administer the property commonly known as Pittsfield Village Condominium, Ann Arbor, Michigan; and
Whereas, The Pittsfield Village Condominium Association has signed a grant of easement for storm and surface water management, sewers, and appurtenances as shown and described in the attached easement and map:

A parcel of land being a part of the SW 1/4 of Section 2, Town 3 South, Range 6 East, Pittsfield Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan, more particularly described as follows:
