This easement is a 10 foot wide Electric Easement over 2415 S. Huron Parkway aka Fire Station 4 for underground and overhead infrastructure.
The infrastructure was requested by the City for improvements at Fire Station 4. City staff recommend approval of this easement.

Whereas, The City of Ann Arbor is the owner of 2415 S. Huron Parkway known as Fire Station 4;
Whereas, DTE Electrical Company has installed underground and overhead infrastructure by request of the City for improvements at Fire Station 4;
Whereas, DTE Electrical Company has requested an easement for the underground and overhead infrastructure; and
Whereas, City staff have reviewed the request and recommend approval of the grant of easement;
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby approves the grant of easement for underground and overhead infrastructure described as follows:
10-FOOT-WIDE DTE ELECTRIC EASEMENT
A 10-foot-wide Electric Easement across a parcel of land being a part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 02, Town 03 South, Range 06 East, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, State of Michigan, being described as:
COMMENCING at the West 1/4 corner of Section 02; thence N88°50'00"E, along the East-West 1/4 line of said Section 02, 311.99 feet to the POINT-OF-BEGINNING of said 10-foot-wide Electric Easement; thence N07°06'00"E, 48.67 feet; thence N14°28'37"W, 45.23 feet; thence N75°31'23"E, 10.00 feet; thence S14°28'37"E, 47.14 feet; thence S07°06'00"W, 49.12 feet to said East-West 1/4 line of Section 02; thence S88°50'00"W, along said East-West 1/4 line of Section 02 10.10 feet to the POINT-OF-BEGINNING. Containing 0.02 acres of land, more or less; and
RESOLVED, That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the grant of easement in a form approved by the City Attorney.
