This easement is given pursuant to the Veridian at County Farm North (Avalon) Site Plan approved by City Council on October 19, 2020, R-20-410 and in conjunction with the Veridian at County Farm South (Thrive) Site Plan approved by City Council on October 19, 2020, R-20-409.

Whereas, The Grove at Veridian Limited Dividend Housing Association Limited Partnership, a Michigan limited partnership, is the owner of property commonly known as 2260 Platt Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104; and
Whereas, The Grove at Veridian Limited Dividend Housing Association Limited Partnership has signed a grant of easement for water main and appurtenances as shown and described in the attached easement and map:
