Memorandum

The Washtenaw County Water Resources Commissioner (WCWRC) manages County drains in established drainage districts under the Michigan Drain Code of 1956. This easement is for a County drain that is part of the Millers Creek Drainage District.

 

Parks Department and Public Services staff have reviewed and approved the easement.

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby approves a grant of easement to the Millers Creek Drainage District for a County drain, described as:

 

Situated in the City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan

 

A permanent easement 15 feet to the west of and 35 feet east of the centerline of the Millers Creek Ann Arbor Drain illustrated and described on the attached map:
