Whereas, The Grove at Veridian Limited Dividend Housing Association Limited Partnership, a Michigan limited partnership, is the owner of property commonly known as 2260 Platt Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104; and
Whereas, The Grove at Veridian Limited Dividend Housing Association Limited Partnership has signed a grant of easement for sanitary sewers and appurtenances as shown and described in the attached easement and map:

A part of the Northeast ¼ of Section 3, Town 3 South, Range 6 East, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, described as: Commencing at the East ¼ Corner of said Section 3; thence along the East line of said Section 3 North 00 degrees 35 minutes 21 seconds East 560.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 56 minutes 30 seconds West 43.00 feet; thence along the West line of Platt Road North 00 degrees 35 minutes 21 seconds East 31.16 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 89 degrees 56 minutes 30 seconds West 20.48 feet; thence North 78 degrees 48 minutes 30 seconds West 58.05 feet; thence South 89 degrees 56 minutes 30 seconds West 444.99 feet; thence North 00 degrees 03 minutes 30 seconds West 30.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 56 minutes 30 seconds East 447.94 feet; thence South 78 degrees 48 minutes 30 seconds East 58.05 feet; thence North 89 degrees 56 minutes 30 seconds East 17.87 feet; thence along the West line of Platt Road South 00 degrees 35 minutes 21 seconds West 30.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
