Resolution to Approve the 2857 Packard - The Enclave of Ann Arbor Development Agreement (Planning Manager Recommendation: Approval)
Memorandum
This resolution will approve a development agreement between the City of Ann Arbor and Ann Arbor-Packard LLC, the developer of a site planned project to construct 30 residential units and a shared driveway.
The zoning designation is R1E (Single-Family Dwelling District) and is further regulated by a Consent Agreement.
The development agreement specifies anticipated requirements associated with the an approved Enclave of Ann Arbor Site Plan, including construction of public water main, private storm water management system, public street, public sidewalk, and private sidewalk and contributing $21,875.00 to the City Parks and Recreation Services for improvements to surrounding and community parks. In accordance with the amended consent judgment governing development of the property, the Planning Manager has approved the associated Site Plan and recommended approval.

Whereas, The Enclave of Ann Arbor Site Plan is under consideration by the Planning Manager in order to develop 30 residential units and a shared driveway; and
Whereas, A development agreement has been prepared to address construction of public water main, private storm water management system, public street, public sidewalk, private sidewalk, electrification, and contributing $21,875.00 to the City Parks and Recreation Services for improvements to surrounding and community parks;
RESOLVED, That City Council approves the development agreement, substantially in the form of that attached;
RESOLVED, That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to sign the 2857 Packard-Enclave of Ann Arbor Development Agreement after review and approval by the City Administrator and City Attorney, and conditioned upon approval of the Site Plan by the Planning Manager; and
RESOLVED, That the City Administrator is authorized to take the appropriate actions to implement this resolution.
