Memorandum
Attached for your consideration is a request from Zingerman's Delicatessen, Inc., to transfer the ownership of a 2010 Class C Liquor Licensed Business, from Eve-The Restaurant, LLC, located at 415 N. Fifth Ave., in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The applicant has converted the former Eve-The Restaurant space and now operates Zingerman's Events in that location.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
