Attached for your consideration is a request from Silvio's Organic Pizzeria, Inc. for a Dance Permit and New Outdoor Service Area (1 area) to be held in conjunction with a 2011 Tavern Liquor Licensed Business, located at 715 N. University, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The applicant plans to maintain the same operation as currently licensed.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
