Resolution Granting Easement for a Water Main and Sanitary Sewer System at the WR Wheeler Service Center to Pittsfield Charter Township. (8 Votes Required)
Memorandum
There is a resolution before you to grant an easement for a Water Main and Sanitary Sewer System at the WR Wheeler Service Center to Pittsfield Charter Township.

The City previously constructed a water main and sanitary sewer system at the WR Wheeler Center in Pittsfield Township which system connected to the Pittsfield Township utility lines.

As a normal condition of developing utilities facilities and connecting into their systems, the Township requires a grant of easement for those facilities. Further, the Township has agreed to accept a grant of easement for the water main and sanitary sewer system at the WR Wheeler Service Center.

The easements are in a form approved by the City Attorney and conveyed without cost to the City.

Acceptance of the easement is recommended.
