The Insurance Board meeting was called to order at 1:35 pm by Matt Horning.
Approval of Agenda
Matt Horning moved to approve the Insurance Board agenda, Tony Derezinski seconded. The motion passed.

Matthew Horning discussed the insurance policy renewal effective March 1, 2011.
Mr. Horning moved to recommend to Council that the City of Ann Arbor bind coverage with new and renewing carriers, as specified in the attached table, with a total premium not to exceed $798,528. Tony Derezinski seconded. The motion passed.
