Attached for your consideration is a request from Cascabel Ventures, L.L.C. to transfer the ownership and location of an escrowed 2010 Class C Liquor Licensed Business from Willis Pickle Barrell Inn, Inc., currently located at 10256 Willis, in Willis MI, in August Township, to 341 E. Liberty, Suite 1. The applicant plans to run the establishment as a wood-fired pizza restaurant called Mani Osteria & Bar, employing 35 full and part-time employees.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
