Attached for your consideration is a request from Dahlmann Apartments LTD., to drop The Earle Uptown, LLC as Co-Licensee and add Naya Inc., as Co-Licensee in a 2009 B-Hotel Liquor Licensed Business located at 300 S. Thayer, d/b/a Mercy's. The applicants plan to operate a new restaurant, Mercy's, in the space previously occupied by The Earle Uptown.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
