Attached for your consideration is a request from Project B, LLC to transfer ownership of a 2010 Class C Liquor Licensed Business, located at 112 W. Liberty, from Alley Bar, Inc., d/b/a Alley Bar. The applicant plans to maintain the same operation as currently licensed.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
