Resolution to Re-Appoint David Stead to the City Environmental Commission

Whereas, City Council passed an ordinance creating a City Environmental Commission;
Whereas, The ordinance requires City Council to nominate and appoint the members of the Commission; and
Whereas, The term of Commissioner David Stead expired in August 2010,
RESOLVED, That David Stead be re-appointed to the Environmental Commission, retroactive to the beginning of his assigned term in August 2010.
