RESOLVED, That the attached Board of Insurance Administration Minutes of November 18, 2010 be accepted and that the recommended course of action therein, including payments, be approved and authorized.

The Insurance Board meeting was called to order at 1:35 pm by Matt Horning.


Approval of Agenda

Sarah Singleton distributed an updated agenda showing additional claim for the Board’s recommendation.

Matt Horning moved to approve the agenda as amended, Tony Derezinski seconded. The motion passed.
