Resolution to Extend Deadline for the Design Guidelines Recommendation

Whereas, Resolution R-10-012 requested the creation of the Design Guidelines Task Force and gave them a charge to bring a recommendation to Council no later than December 6, 2010;
Whereas, The Design Guidelines Task Force has been meeting weekly since early April and has been working diligently to review and revise the guidelines; and
Whereas, While the Design Guidelines Task Force is nearing the completion of its charge it will not make this recommendation by December 6, 2010 and that a request is extend the timeline is needed;
Resolved, That the timeline to bring a recommendation to City Council be extended from December 6, 2010 to February 22, 2011.
