Memorandum
On April 16, 2010 City Council approved a resolution (R-10-110) to appropriate and allocate $75,000 in Ann Arbor Housing Trust Fund dollars to MSU Extension for Foreclosure Intervention activities. MSU Extension is housed in a County building and utilizes the County’s financial system, even though its employees are with MSU Extension.

MSU Extension requested that the County act as the fiduciary rather than MSU Extension because it will be more efficient to process the contract and payments.
