Attached is a resolution to approve the request from Flat Out Crazy, LLC to transfer the ownership and location of a 2010 Resort Class C Liquor Licensed Business located in escrow from Lester's, Inc., at 151 Ray, in Boyne City, MI, to 3275 Washtenaw, Ann Arbor, MI, doing business as (d/b/a) Flat Top Grill.
The applicant plans to operate the business as a full service restaurant without entertainment or dancing. It will be open for lunch and dinner during legal hours and will have approximately 100 employees.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
