Memorandum
There is a resolution before you to accept an easement for a variable width water main from the Public Schools of the City of Ann Arbor, a public body corporate organized and existing under the Michigan Revised School Code, for a water main constructed on the Burns Park Elementary School property.

The construction of an all-new water main was performed by the Public Schools of Ann Arbor at their expense, and passed all City inspections. The Schools are now desirous of granting an easement to the City for ongoing maintenance of the water main.

The easement is in standard form and conveyed without cost to the City.

Acceptance of the easement is recommended.

Whereas, the Public Schools of the City of Ann Arbor, a public body corporate organized and existing under the Michigan Revised School Code, is the owner in fee simple of real property located at 1414 Wells Street in the City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, commonly known as Burns Park Elementary School.

Whereas, the Public Schools of the City of Ann Arbor has delivered a permanent water main easement for lands located in the City of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw to the City, to run with the land and burden the respective property perpetually, being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the Center of Section 33, T2N, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan:
