Sarah Singleton distributed an updated agenda showing additional claim for the Board's recommendation.
Tony Derezinski moved to approve the agenda as amended, Matt Horning seconded. The motion passed.

Matt Horning presented new operating guidelines for the Insurance Board for its consideration.
Stephen Rapundalo moved to accept the operating guidelines with minor amendments. Tony Derezinski seconded. The motion passed.
