Attached for your consideration is a request from SRA2, LLC to transfer ownership of a 2010 Resort Class C Liquor Licensed Business; a New Dance-Entertainment Permit and an Official Permit (Dance-Entertainment for Hours 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Sundays). The applicant is currently operated in the space as Sava's Café.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
