Attached for your consideration is a request from Rush Street Restaurant LLC to transfer ownership of a 2009 Class C Liquor Licensed Business with an Entertainment Permit, and a new Dance Permit, located at 314 S. Main Street, from Rush Street Restaurant LLC to Management Experts LLC. d/b/a Rush Street. The applicant plans to operate the establishment as a restaurant and is also asking to transfer an SDD and a SDM Liquor License as well as a request for Outdoor Sales on the property.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
