Memorandum
There is a resolution before you to accept an easement for permanent drainage from Stone School Road Properties, a Michigan limited partnership, for storm ditch maintenance.
The easement is in standard form and conveyed without cost to the City. Acceptance of the easement is recommended.

Whereas Stone School Road Properties, a Michigan limited partnership, is the owner in fee simple of property commonly known as 3800 Stone School Road, located in the City of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw, State of Michigan, as described in the Warranty Deed recorded in the Washtenaw County Records at Liber 1747, page 907 recorded on February 8, 1988;
Whereas, Stone School Road Properties, a Michigan limited partnership, has delivered a permanent drainage easement for lands located in the City of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw to the City, to run with the land and burden the respective property perpetually, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of Section 9, T3S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw, State of Michigan; thence N 01º41’30”W 1029.50 feet long the east line of said Section 9 and the centerline of Stone School Road; thence S 87º36’20” W 33.00 feet to the westerly right-of-way line of said Stone School Road, and the PLACE OF BEGINNING; thence continuing S 87º36’20” W 480.00 feet; thence N 01º41’30” W 45.00 feet; thence N 87º36’20” E 480.00 feet to the westerly right-of-way line of said Stone School Road; thence S 01º41’30” E 45.00 feet along said westerly right-of-way line to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
