Public Hearing and Action on Amendments of Chapter 55, Zoning Ordinance, to allow certain temporary outdoor sales and the display of goods and services as a special exception use in the C3 Fringe Commercial District. The amendments would enable a farmer’s market on the property zoned C3 that does not normally sell produce or groceries, as well as the potential sales and display of other items not normally sold at a particular property zoned C3 - Staff Recommendation: Approval
