Memorandum

Attached is a resolution to resolution to transfer ownership of a 2008 Class C Liquor licensed business Located at 3010 S. State Street, from Brinker Michigan, Inc. to Mac Acquisition, LLC - d/b/a Ramano's Macaroni Grill.  The applicant plans to maintain the same operation as currently licensed.

The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
