Whereas, Resolution 07-465 established requirements for temporary outdoor sales on private property during Football Saturdays, which were defined as "the days that the University of Michigan plays home football games,"
RESOLVED, The annual University of Michigan spring football practice shall be considered a home football game for the purpose of applying Resolution 07-465 for temporary outdoor sales.
