Memorandum
There is a resolution before you to accept an easement for public utilities from Riverview Land Company, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, for a water main.

The easement is in standard form and conveyed without cost to the City.

Acceptance of the easement is recommended.

Whereas, Riverview Land Company, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, is the fee simple owner of property located in the City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan as described in Liber 4638, Page 752, and recorded on August 7, 2007;

Whereas, A Resolution of the Managing Member, dated March 12, 2010, authorized the delivery of a perpetual easement to the City for the construction and maintenance of public utilities; and

Whereas, Riverview Land Company, LLC, has delivered an easement to the City for public utilities, to run with the land and burden the respective property perpetually, being more particularly described as follows:

The centerline description of a 40 foot wide watermain easement in part of Lot 2, “Langford Subdivision”, a subdivision of part of the N. 1/2 of Section 20, T. 2 S., R. 6 E. City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, State of Michigan, as recorded in Liber 19, Pages 46 through 48 of plats, Washtenaw County Records more particularly described as:

Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 2 and proceeding along the east line of said Lot 2 and “Langford Subdivision” N. 01°29’30” W. 206.57 feet; thence N. 24°24’30” W. 165.78 feet to a point on the south right-of-way line of Huron View Boulevard (60 feet wide); thence the following two (2) courses along said right-of-way line: 1) S. 50°32’00” W. 58.55 feet and 2) 117.47 feet along the arc of a curve to...
