The City Clerk's Office received notice from the State of Michigan before the Michigan Public Service Commission of a hearing for the customers of Consumers Energy Company and the Detroit Edison Company Case No. U-16055 regarding approval of depreciation accrual rates, depreciation expense and depreciation rate change implementation timing for accounting and ratemaking purposes for the Lundington Pumped Storage Plant. The hearing is scheduled for April 1, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. at 6545 Mercantile Way, Suite 7 in Lansing, Michigan. See attached notice for more information.
