Attached is a resolution to Resolution to Transfer all rights to renewal of a 2009 Resort Class C Liquor Licensed Business located in escrow at 575 Briarwood Circle, from The Sweet Onion, Inc. to Fast Casual, L.L.C.
The license was formally owned by The Sweet Onion, Inc., d/b/a Bennigan's and is now being transferred to Fast Casual, L.L.C. and will continue to be held in escrow.
City Council approved a request to transfer ownership and location of a liquor license to Ann Arbor Robin Inc., d/b/a Red Robin at 575 Briarwood Circle on January 22, 2010. That license will be the only active license at this location. Should Fast Casual, L.L.C. want to take this license out of escrow, they will have to transfer the license to another location.
The Police Department has approved the request. All application fees are paid and there are no objections from city staff.
