Resolution to Appointment Members to the Georgetown Mall Citizens Committee
Body
Whereas, The conditions at the Georgetown mall have been deteriorating over the past several years;
Whereas, Neighbors around the Georgetown Mall are very concerned about the negative impacts of this site on their neighborhood given the current status of the property;
Whereas, On October 19, 2009, City Council established the Georgetown Mall Citizens Committee to provide input and assistance to City staff as the City monitors and assesses this property through its Nuisance Committee; and
Whereas, This Committee will expire on October 1, 2010, and be eligible for renewal annually thereafter following review and approval by the Mayor and City Council;
RESOLVED, That City Council appoint the following individuals to the Georgetown Mall Citizens Committee;

Mary Krasan - King George
Jeanne Horvath - Georgetown Condo Assoc.
Cahterine McClary - Washtenaw County Treasurer
