NEW BUSINESS
 
Matthew Horning discussed insurance renewals for coverage effective March 1, 2010.  Mr. Horning moved to change the property insurance carrier from FM Global to Travelers Insurance Company and to increase the city's liability coverage to $15 million.  It was also agreed upon to cover the cost of insuring the Forest Avenue parking structure up to $50,000.  The Board agreed and the motion passed.
