Memorandum
Attached is a resolution to approve the request from Green Valley Golf Club, Inc. to transfer the ownership and location of a 2009 Resort Class C Liquor License, with a Dance Permit currently located at R 4, 25379 W. Fawn River, Sturgis, MI 49091, in Sturgis Township to BW&R GoBlue LLC, located at 640 Packard in Ann Arbor. The applicant is also requesting a new SDM Liquor License to be held in conjunction with the Resort Class C License. The applicant will operate the business as a restaurant.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
