Memorandum
This easement is given pursuant to the Grace Bible Church Site Plan approved by City Council on November 15, 2021, R-21-417 and also in conjunction with the Midtown Ann Arbor site plan approved by City Council on November 8, 2018, R-18-450.
This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.

Whereas, Grace Bible Church, a Michigan nonprofit corporation, is the owner of property commonly known as 1300 S. Maple Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103; and
Whereas, Grace Bible Church has signed a grant of easement for sanitary sewers and appurtenances shown and described on the attached map:

SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT: An easement for Sanitary Sewer over part of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 36, Town 2 South, Range 5 East, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, described as: Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of said Section; thence N01°19'00"W 735.15 feet along the East line of said Section and the centerline of South Maple Road; thence S88°41'00"W 95.54 feet; thence Southwesterly 9.09' along a 383.00 foot radius curve to the left, said curve having a central angle of 01°21'35", and a chord bearing S88°00'14"W 9.09 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence Southwesterly 121.36 feet along a 383.00 foot radius curve to the left, said curve having a central angle of 18°09'18", and a chord bearing S78°14'48"W 120.85 feet; thence N80°24'09"W 63.93 feet; thence N09°35'51"E 44.00 feet; thence S80°24'09"E 176.49 feet to the Point of Beginning.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
