Memorandum

This easement is granted in accordance with the site plan approved on October 21, 2019, R-19-477. This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.

 

Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, 2679 Ann Arbor Saline Road LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known 2679 Ann Arbor Saline Road, by virtue of deed recorded in Liber 5356, Page 4 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and

 

Whereas, 2679 Ann Arbor Saline Road LLC has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances as shown and described on the attached map:

 

Part of the Southeast ¼ of Section 6, T3S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, more particularly descried as follows: Commencing at the East ¼ corner of said Section 6; thence S 00º18’35”E 818.93 feet along the East line of said Section to intersection of Southerly line along Ann Arbor Saline Road, Point of Beginning; thence S43º34’35”W 202.01 feet, along Westerly property line to Easement Point of Beginning; thence S46º25’25”E 46.76 feet; thence S43º34’35”W 40.00 feet; thence N46º25’25”W 46.76 feet; thence N43 º34’35”E 40.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.

 

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
