Resolution to Approve Contract with Beckett and Raeder, Incorporated for $192,032.00 to Implement Construction Phase of West Park Construction Improvement Project
Memorandum
Attached for your review and action is a resolution to approve a professional services contract in the amount of $192,032.00 with Beckett and Raeder, Incorporated, to oversee the implementation of the construction project (R-09-468, Resolution to Award a Conditional Contract to Site Development, Inc. in the Amount of $1,374,082.00) at West Park.
