Memorandum
Attached is a resolution to approve the request from Ann Arbor Robin, Inc., to transfer ownership and location of a 2009 Class C Licensed business, located in escrow at 92 Ecourse in Ypsilanti, Michigan, from Gordon D. Smith, Inc., to 575 Briarwood Circle. The applicant is also requesting a new Entertainment Permit, a new SDM (specially designated merchants) License, and Outdoor Sales and Service to be held in conjunction with the Class C Liquor License. The applicant plans to run the establishment as a full service casual dining restaurant.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
