Resolution to Approve Cronin Annexation, 1.52 Acres, 3612 E. Huron River Drive (CPC Recommendation: Approval - 9 Yeas and 0 Nays)
Approval of this resolution will allow annexation of this property from Ann Arbor Township into the City. This property is within the City's water and sewer service area, and the current use is consistent with the adjacent zoning, land uses and master plan. An ordinance to designate the property as R1A Single-Family Dwelling District will be prepared and scheduled for Council action after the annexation process is complete. The City Planning Commission recommended approval of the annexation request at its meeting of November 17, 2009.

Whereas, The territory hereinafter described is located in the Township of Ann Arbor and is adjacent to the corporate limits of the City of Ann Arbor;
Whereas, Jack D. and Linda M. Cronin are owners of said property; and,
Whereas, It is the desire of Jack D. and Linda M. Cronin to annex said territory to the City of Ann Arbor, pursuant to the provisions of Act 359 of the Public Acts of the State of Michigan for the year 1947, as amended;
RESOLVED, That the following described lands and the premises situated and being in the Township of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, be detached from said Township of Ann Arbor and annexed to the City of Ann Arbor, to-wit:
Lot 12, Geddes Farms Subdivision, Ann Arbor Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan.
