Memorandum

The attached ordinance amends Section 1:833 of Chapter 24 to change the percent of capital projects allocated for public art from one percent (1%) to one half percent (1/2%) for a period of three years, starting January 1, 2010, and ending December 31, 2012.  Other minor changes to the text are made for consistency and clarity.
