Whereas, City Council passed an ordinance creating a City Environmental Commission;
Whereas, The ordinance requires City Council to nominate and appoint the members of the Commission; and
Whereas, Chris Graham has served in this position for the past three years;
RESOLVED, That Chris Graham is re-appointed to the Environmental Commission for a three-year term beginning November 16, 2009; and
RESOLVED, that the City Clerk notify Mr. Graham and the chair of the Environmental Commission.
