This easement is in standard form and is granted in exchange for compensation in the amount of $5,053.05. This easement is part of the 2021 Annual Sidewalk Gap Filling Project.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, H&B Enterprises, a Michigan co-partnership is the owner of property commonly known as 725 Stimson Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105, described at Liber 3988, page 209 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, H&B Enterprises has signed a grant of easement for public right-of-way as shown on the attached map shown and described on the attached map:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 54, Stimson Subdivision, as recorded in Liber 5 of Plats, Page 30, Washtenaw County Records, City of Ann Arbor, Michigan, thence N87º05’20”E 47.42 feet along the South Right of Way of Stimson Street; thence S54º11’04”W 25.03 feet; thence S87º32’12”W 11.31 feet; thence S02º27’48”E 25.42 feet; thence N23º51’40”W 41.68 feet along the Easterly Right of Way of Railroad to the Point of Beginning. Being a part of Stimson Subdivision as recorded in Liber 5, Page 30, Washtenaw County Records, City of Ann Arbor.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
