Memorandum

This property is 1.15 acres of land that is part of Mary Beth Doyle Park. This conveyance was intended to take place as part of the development of Mallett’s Wood Condominium. The property was taken over by the City in approximately 2004, but no deed has been found. This deed confirms the transfer.

 

This quitclaim deed is conveyed without cost to the City. Acceptance of this deed is recommended.

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this deed.
