Memorandum
This easement is a PUD easement from the Mallett's Wood Site Condominium Revised Final Phase PUD which was approved by Council on February 5, 1996, in R-51-2-96. This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, The Mallett's Wood Homeowners Association, a Michigan nonprofit corporation, is the association of co-owners designated to administer real property located in the City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, commonly known as Mallett's Wood condominium described in the Consolidated Master Deed recorded in Liber 4380, Page 144 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, The Mallett's Wood Homeowners Association has signed a grant of easement for public access as shown and described on the attached map:
