Memorandum
This easement is a PUD easement from the Mallett's Wood Site Condominium Revised Final Phase PUD which was approved by Council on February 5, 1996, in R-51-2-96. The easements were not obtained at the time of site plan approval. This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.

Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, The Mallett's Wood Homeowners Association, a Michigan nonprofit corporation, is the association of co-owners designated to administer real property located in the City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, commonly known as Mallett's Wood condominium described in Consolidated Master Deed recorded in Liber 4380, Page 144 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and

Whereas, The Mallett's Wood Homeowners Association has signed a grant of easement for public access and utilities shown and described on the attached map:

Commencing at the center of Section 10, T3S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence S89?57'00"E 655.90 feet along the East and West 1/4 line of said Section; thence N01?44'00"E 627.22 feet along the West line of "BARFORD HOMES SUBDIVISION" as recorded in Liber 15 of Plats, Pages 13 and 14, Washtenaw County Records; thence S89?57'00"E 330.00 feet along the North line of said "BARFORD HOMES SUBDIVISION"; thence N01?52'25"E 175.49 feet along the West line of "SPRINGWATER SUBDIVISION NO. 2" as recorded in Liber 4 of Plats, Page 47, Washtenaw County Records; thence N01?44'00"E 786.21 feet continuing along said West line and the Westerly right-of-way line of Cardinal Avenue to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N88?16'00"W 51.5...
