Communication from the Environmental Commission Regarding a Request for Gelman Sciences to Revise its Allen Creek Drain Monitoring Plan

The Environmental Commission considered this resolution at its May 27 meeting. Questions arose about some technical aspects of the resolution and, as a result, I requested that Stephen Postema ask attorney Nathan Dupes to evaluate the language and meet with the two councilmembers on the Environmental Commission, and any other interested councilmembers up to a sub quorum of Council. Following clarification of the language, the Environmental Commission will take up this resolution at its June regular meeting or a special meeting before the June 21 Council meeting, as needed.
