Memorandum
There is a resolution before you to accept an easement for the construction and maintenance of public utilities from MSC Engineers, Inc., a Michigan corporation.

The easement is in standard form and conveyed without cost to the City.

Acceptance of the easement is recommended.

Whereas, MSC Engineers, Inc., a Michigan corporation, is the fee simple owner of property located in the City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan as described in the Washtenaw County Records at Liber 4508, Page 32, recorded September 16, 2005;

Whereas, A Secretary’s Resolution, dated August 27, 2009, authorizes the delivery of a perpetual easement to the City for public utilities; and

Whereas, MSC Engineers, Inc., has delivered an easement to the City for the construction and maintenance of municipally operated public services comprising the public utilities system to run with the land and burden the respective property perpetually, being more particularly described as follows:

Water Main and Sanitary Sewer Easement Description:

Part of the NE 1/4 of Section 15, T. 2 S., R. 6 E., City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, more fully described as follows:

Commencing at the E 1/4 Corner of said Section 15; thence S 87°57'47" W 855.74 feet along the E-W 1/4 line of said Section 15; thence N 01°06'00" W 33.00 feet to a Point on the N Line of Bluett Road (66.00 feet wide) and the POINT OF BEGINNING of said easement; thence S 87°57'47" W 40.00 feet along said N line of Bluett Road; thence N 01°06'00" W 93.63 feet; thence S 88°50'57" W 341.52 feet; thence S 01°11'59" E 98.91 feet to a Point on the N line of Bluett Road (66.00 feet wide); thence S 87°57'47" W 28.62 feet along said N line of Bluett Road to a Po...
