Memorandum
Attached is a resolution to approve the request from Youngbok Ko to transfer ownership of a 2009 Class C Liquor Licensed Business and an outdoor service area and a new SDM Liquor Licensed to be held in conjunction with the Class C license, located at 114 W. Liberty. The applicant plans to maintain the same operation as currently licensed.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
