Resolution to Appoint Councilmember Ramlawi to the Local Development Finance Authority (“LDFA”)

Whereas, One position on the Local Development Finance Authority (“LDFA”) is reserved for a member of the Ann Arbor City Council (“Council representatives”);
Whereas, The City Council is vested with the power to appoint the Council representative to the Local Development Finance Authority;
RESOLVED, That, under the terms of the LDFA Agreement, Councilmember Ramlawi’s appointment as the Council representative to the Local Development Finance Authority be confirmed for the term July 1, 2020-June 30, 2024.
