Whereas, Concordia University, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation, is the owner of property commonly known as 4090 Geddes Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105, described at Liber 1042, page 135 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Concordia University, Inc. has signed a grant of easement for public right-of-way, described as:
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
