Title
Resolution to Approve a Purchase Order with Amerinet to Upgrade the Water Treatment Plant's Network ($45,320.62)
Memorandum
This memorandum and resolution request approval of a purchase order to Amerinet in the amount of $45,320.62 to upgrade the Water Treatment Plant's network. This upgrade will allow the Water Treatment Plant to purchase the hardware required to upgrade their current plant network and to also segment their remote locations onto their own fiber ring. This will reduce the chance of any communication issues with the Water Treatment Plant's remote locations if the City's fiber ring is experiencing issues.

This purchase will be under GSA Contract _GS-35F-0511T that Amerinet extends to us from Extreme Networks.

Budget/Fiscal Impact: Funds are available in the FY20 Water Supply System Operations and Maintenance Budget.
